India called and I went.
I just completed a carve (4 photo series below) in Orissa, Konark, India. Sand on the Riverfront
Master sculptor Kali Bradford trained 12 first-time carvers and completed this sculpture in one day with the team from DECA, sponsored by Walmart. The piece survived one major collapse when a newbie carved a bit too deep and then survived 45mph winds and a rainstorm that caused an evacuation.
